Return & Refund Policy

At Birthday Street, many of our products are custom-made, personalized, or created specifically for your order. Because of the nature of these products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Custom & Personalized Products

Custom and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or there was an error made by Birthday Street.

Please carefully review all names, ages, dates, spelling, colours, sizes, and other personalization details before submitting your order. Birthday Street is not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please include:

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

Once the issue has been reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Digital Products

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, digital downloads and custom digital files are non-refundable and non-returnable once the file has been delivered or made available for download.

If there is an issue with your digital file or you received the incorrect file, please contact us and we will be happy to correct the issue.

Sizing & Customer Errors

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and personalization details carefully before ordering. Refunds or replacements are not provided for incorrect sizes, spelling errors, incorrect information, or other selections submitted by the customer.

Order Cancellations

Because custom orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately. If production has already begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
