Birthday Street offers physical products, custom and personalized products, and digital products.

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, colours, sizing, dimensions, and other details. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings, and handmade or custom products may have minor variations.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product or service at any time.

2. Custom and Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted for personalized products is correct, including names, ages, dates, spelling, sizing, colours, and other customization details.

Birthday Street is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

Once production has begun on a custom or personalized product, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

3. Digital Products

Digital products are provided electronically and no physical product will be shipped unless specifically stated in the product listing.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and ensuring that the file type and product are suitable for their intended use before purchasing.

Digital products may not be resold, redistributed, shared, copied for resale, or made available for download by others unless the applicable product listing specifically grants those rights.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website and may be changed at any time without notice.

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, or other fees associated with their order unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud, unauthorized transaction, or other issue affecting our ability to fulfill the order.

5. Returns and Refunds

Custom and personalized products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Birthday Street.

Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or made available for download.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Birthday Street is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, incorrect addresses supplied by the customer, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

7. Intellectual Property

The Birthday Street name, branding, website content, original graphics, photographs, product descriptions, and other original materials created by Birthday Street may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of Birthday Street's intellectual property rights unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Customer-Provided Content

When submitting names, photographs, graphics, logos, text, or other materials for a custom order, you confirm that you have the necessary permission or rights to use those materials for the requested purpose.

Birthday Street is not responsible for claims resulting from materials supplied by a customer without the necessary authorization.

We reserve the right to refuse custom content that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law or third-party rights.
